Error comes up when replying to a message --> Word is not the same version blah blah blah
This is the error I get...

I have double checked to make sure that WINWORD.EXE was not hung. I have double checked both versions of Outlook and Word to make sure they are the same version.
I have double checked to make sure that Word is working... and is updated... I have done ALL of the microft office updates. The two peices are the same version...
Oh... i also reinstalled them.
There was one peice that said that the Form could possibly be corrupted...t he default blank email form or whatnot... anyone have any idea's what I can do to fix that.

None of that worked... I had to format and reinstall his pc.
Sorry the information didn't help, but rebuilding is not always a bad thing. It often can fix a lot of annoyances.

No it's ok, I just hate going to rebuilding before I can identify what caused the problem. Then you have no idea what the user did to cause this, nor any advice to them to avoid having it happen again. And if they do this again, it's rebuild time once again.
Thank you for your help though, I truely appreciate it.

I tried method 4 and method 5... neither have worked.
The next thing I'm going to try is a full Office Uninstall... reboot... reinstall... reboot... and then see if that works.
