I want to buy the new GigaByte GA-965P-DS4 motherboard (To later get hold of the Duo core proceccor) but I am not sure if my present video card (Asus EAX600XT/TD/128 128MB PCI-E Radeon X600XT, TV-out, DVI-out, second VGA) is compatible with it.  Is it?

The GigaByte GA-965P-DS4 has a PCI-e slot http://www.gigabyte.com.tw/Products/Motherboard/Products_Overview.aspx?ProductID=2288, so the X600XT PCI-e card you have will work with it.
