Wordperfect 10 doesn't appear in XP Taskbar

For some reason, Wordperfect 10 (and so far, ONLY wordperfect) doesn't appear in the task bar. I run WP, it appears but I don;'t see it. I minimize it, and it disappears completely, except from the task manager.  I use ALT-TAB to make it reappear -- and THEN it appears in the task bar.

Any ideas what's going on here?
