I am new to Outlook Forms programming.
What VBA code do I need and where do I include it, to have a Pop-up Calendar set on a date field in an Outlook custom form I have created.

Greetings, DCRM.

If by "pop-up calendar" you mean a date picker, then you don't need code, you need a date picker control.  You place the control on your custom form and bind it to a field.  Otherwise I'm not clear on what you mean by "pop-up calendar".

Cheers!
