Active Directory FTP home directory ******URGENT 500 points avail********

Hello,
We are setting up an FTP service, we want the folder permissions to be copied from AD over to when you login to the FTP site (so users can't access restricted folders) looking at the FTP options in IIS there is an option when setting up the site:

Isolate users using Active Directory
(Users must be assigned an FTP home directory that is configured using Active Directory user account).

How do you configure this with AD?
Users & Computers?

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
