Fields are not the same in outlook as they are in the active directory

How come that when you open the address book in outlook you have more fields (assistant) than you do in the AD. How can you make these fields visable in the AD so that the information can be changed for outlook?

i'm pretty sure that is the problem then.  those additional fields are used in 2003 domains, not 2000 domains.
