ArcServe 11.5 Phantom Email Recipient
Hello all...
I don't generally like Arcserve, but it was forced upon us after taking over a support contract (almost 2 years left on the license). The former support tech gets our backup reports and I can not find him anywhere in the system. His information has been erased from AD, Exchange, and there are no traces of I can find in Arcserve. The only place I have found to configure alerts is in the Alert Manager.
Here is the current configuration:
Configuration:
Default:
No Broadcast, etrust Audit, Lotus Notes, Pager, SNMP or Trouble Ticket users.
There are 3 SMTP users: They are the users configured to receive email alerts.
The configuration is the same for Bright Stor AB.
Is there any other place in Arcserve to setup email alerts or the mailing of log files?
I am sure there is a simple answer to this, and I am just overlooking it.
Thanks.
