Hi everyone, I have an issue with OWA and exchange 2003 and from several places the way to fix the issue is to reinstall exchange 2003 over the exisiting copy. Before I do this, other then an exchange store backup, is there anything that I need to watch out for?

Thanks

Elizabeth

Make sure that you install the service pack again immediately afterwards. Otherwise it is a fairly straight forward process.

One more thing, its going to keep all my settings or am I going to have to re setup everything?

If you reinstall on top, then most standard settings will be retained. If you have made any "hacks" like changes to the IIS configuration, then those will be lost - but then that is the entire point of doing a reinstall!
