Strange issue.  I cannot view the designer for a specific form.  In the past I have seen this occur when certain design time references have not been added.  In this case I'm not sure and I can't figure out from the below error message what the next step is.

One or more errors encountered while loading the designer. The errors are listed below. Some errors can be fixed by rebuilding your project, while others may require code changes.

An error occurred while parsing EntityName. Line 2, position 93.

Please show the file text, at least beginning, where parsing error occurs.

Additionally.  When trying to take a data adapter and selecting generate dataset on the designer, it forces this error too.  I will post the file text next.

As far as I can tell, there is no such line 2 position 93.  It seems like an awkward position in a code file.

This problem was fixed.  The problem is a parent directory name on my local drive happened to have a '&' in the name.
