thanks for assist folks - turns out blackberry had a new patch which we had to install. &nbsp;Points have been split among all who volunteered info, as all was helpful during our troubleshoot.<br />

We've worked with RIM and they say they hit a wall and that we should contact Microsoft. &nbsp;I imagine that others may have experienced this and have the solution. &nbsp;Please, if you have any advice it would be greatly appreciated. &nbsp;

Blackberry not sending email

The BlackBerry operating system is proprietary; releases beginning with BlackBerry 10 include support for applications written for the Android platform. As such, developers can use almost any programming language that can be used for other smartphones, including Java, Adobe Air, .NET and HTML5/JS (via an app packaging framework like PhoneGap) .
