Hello Experts,

I've got a BES 4.1 running on win2k3 server.  Everything is working ok except for the Outlook meeting requests.  If a meeting is accepted through Outlook 2003 the Calendar syncs.  Also if the meeting is scheduled through a Blackberry, Outlook syncs (after the meeting is accepted).

BES Application Log:
Event ID: 20000
{USER@DOMAIN.COM} GetRIMMeetingReq Failed for LongTermEntryId=1231547 in LaunchCalHelperAndGetResults

BES LOG:
[30001] (11/08 00:10:52.392):{0x12BC} CDOCalendar::ConvertToSMTPAddress - Code = 800406fd, WCode = 04fd, Code meaning = IDispatch error #1277,

Things I've tried:
 1. The permissions are ok (send as, receive as, admin information store, delegate as view only etc)
 2. CDO and MAPI32 dlls are the same as on exchange server - i'm running exchange sys mngr on BES(version 6.5.7638.2).  Tried re-registering the dlls as well
 3. Blackberry Desktop Manager is set to Synchronize Calendar, not import or export.
 4. Tried disabling Cached Mode in Outlook 2003
 5. Tried creating meeting requests as BESAdmin user for different Users on the Domain (works).

Does anyone have any other suggestions?

I have had this is on a number of sites.  Normally this is caused by not having the same version of CDO.dll which is simply fixed by installing the same Exchange Service Pack on the BES server that is on the Exchange server.  On one site I installed Exchange SP2 on the BES when the Exchange server only had SP1 and it corrected the issue.

I have found that all sites having this issue you get an error message on the Exchange server when trying to install new service packs.  It reports an error stating the domain isn't up to date.

Thank you for your input garycutri but, as I mentioned before, both CDO.dll and MAPI32.dll are the same on the BES and on the Exchange server - version 6.5.7638.2

The question has been answered.  The link I provided details what causes the "MAPI_E_NETWORK_ERROR(80040115)" error mentioned above in Sampei's question.
