redirect rule loses CC's
Problem: OL2003/Exchange 2003. I want users to use RPC over HTTPs, not POP3. RPC over HTTPs is working fine. Some users have BlackBerry devices. They obviously want their email sent to their BBs. Their OL clients are not always running and therefore cannot depend upon client-side rules. Forwarding of email from OL2003 account is no good because you cannot simply reply to the sender.
The email forward option in AD happens before spam processing, meaning that all spam is directed to the BB's.
I've set up an OL2003 rule to redirect (not forward) all email to an smtp address. These rules are server-side rules. The email redirects fine. Good so far.
Except all CCs are lost. This means you cannot see who else got the message, nor can you reply-to-all.
Is there a way around this? Is there another way to achieve the desired result.
