I have question about GDI &amp;&nbsp;Windows API. &nbsp; Can someone recommend a book or reference material on how to<br />
program a windows application using bitmaps. &nbsp; I have a background in programming applications in windows using the<br />
forms, but no experience in using GDI and bitmaps. &nbsp;I want to create an application that loads as a graphic. &nbsp;I want all the buttons to be bitmaps and all the controls to function through bitmaps. &nbsp; I want to be able to put my mouse over a button and have it slide out with other options to click on. &nbsp; I want this in windows, not for the web. &nbsp;How to do this?<br />
