Hi

I have been looking at using EXMERGE to clean out older items from multiple exchange mailboxes but EXMERGE doesn't appear to do the trick.

If poss we are looking to archive calendar items older than a certain date based on where it sits in the calendar rather than when it was created or when was last amended as exmerge does and not affect future recurring appointments.

I haved run through various options on EXMERGE but it doesn't get close.

Anyone got any other tools or ideas as how to resolve??

Cheers

Charlie
