Auto resize in Firefox

What is the code that they use in firefox to resize a web page to fit any window size you drag out? Can I put this code on my web pages so this will happen in other browsers?

What is it exactly that you mean ?  
You want to know how to design a site fluid ?
So that the layout adjusts to different browser width.
Essentially this is done with CSS:
