ISA 2004 denied connection to SQL database

We are running a SBS 2003 Premium Edition server and are getting intermittent denied connections when our SQL database is queried.

When using the ISA 2004 Monitoring tool I get successful connections to port 21100 and then get several denied connections.  The rule field of the log is blank for the denied connections.  The "Error Information" field shows 0x0 and the "Result Code" Field shows 0x80074e23.

Should have a rule in the ISA allowing all outbound FROM local host & internal TO local host & internal.

The error code is stating that you have exceeded your connection limit or you have exceeded a quota setting. How many licences do you have on the SBS server?

Increased the connection limits and the problem was solved.
