We have 4 Domain Controllers at one of our locations.  When I make a change in group policy, such as adding computers and users to an object, how long does it take for it to sync to another Domain Controller?

it depends on how your network is setup really.  how the stores are linked (full or partial mesh) and how fast the circuits are.  it will also depend on how your have the links setup in AD Sites and Services.... for example if you physically have a full mesh topology but AD doesn't know about it since AD sites and services wasn't setup correctly then the DCs will not replicate as fast as they should.

open up AD sites an services and drill down to a DC, then NTDS settings, the open the properties of a site link.... then click change schedule and you will see how often those two sites sych up.  your options are 1,2 or 4 times an hour.
