running 2 iis servers

Hi guys, i have iis installed on my DC and on the exchange server. iis onthe exchange is for OWM and iis on the server is for trendmicro security antivirus. is this configuration safe to run or is it gointo cause problems down the road.

you will be fine with it, might have a little fun with DNS but structually thats fine
