Shadow Copy Question

I need to re-enable Shadow Copy again on a server.  The question, will the process put a toll on the server since the shares are totaling around 300 GBs of data?

actually enabling it will not put a huge strain on it i would try and keep your data that you want Copied on a different volume if possible
