Hi Everyone !

I have a windows 2003 standard server that can browse on the internal network but cannot acces internet, this is a problem cause it is my windows update server.

dns is working correctly ...ping www.cnn.com and return the correct ip
i have two internet conection, i switch the gateway......not working either
netdiag everything seems fine ...passed on everything
firewall is disabled
no proxy configured
everything on the internal network is wotking fine, this is a working file server and a sql server.
no group policy seems to be applied for  (user or computer)
i did a repair....so all the caches are cleared
did a reboot

The only thing that i suspect is the security wizard that i have installed some month's ago but never rolled it.....

someone as a clue for me ?

Can the other users on your network get to the Internet OK and browse correctly?
Can you reinstall the last service pack on the server again?
I believe there is a rollback option for the scw (hardening wizard) is there not?
