We are running Filemaker Server 8 Advanced and normally we have easy access to databases via the web client - even as late as this mornign. Suddenly this afternoon we are receiving an "Error 13" the database is accessible through the full client and doesn't seem to indicate any problems. What could be causing this problem?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

probably something with the web server (apache or IIS depending on mac/pc) as fm server advanced relies on an external web server to publish its pages

Thanks. Strangely though its only happening with one database. The others are working fine. This makes me think its a setting in Filemaker someplace.

maybe this base is 'filemaker network' shared, but not 'web' shared? so it would accessible only via the regular client.

Just called Filemaker and found the problem. It was related to changing the data validation on a field. Apparently in the process of doing this while the datbase was being worked on something became jammed up. Taking th evalidation off the field, stopping and restartin gthe services and then reapplyign the validation solved the problem.
