Internet Explorer Font size too large

I didn't change any display settings on my PC. My windows or MS Office's word size is ok. But the fonts in my Internet Explorer is larger than usual and looks bold.

How can I set the IE font size back to normal?

Click View/Fonts/Small (or Smaller)
