Dear all,
we have a pair of Windows 2003 Enterprise machines, sharing a dell storage, configured as a MS Cluster.
we have not installed the SQL yet, thinking to do ghosting first, just in case we have to go back to this setup again, in case we stuffed up the sql install.

we have Symantec Ghost 7.0,  any comment how to do ghosting on this cluster ?

Symantec Ghost allows you to create a boot cd or set of 2 diskettes.
We did the same thing except we have a later version.

You probably can even ghost your servers to the shared storage device, if you have one in this cluster.
Or use a USB DVD Writer to attach individually to each machine.  Check with symantec on their website to insure compatibility.

But, once you boot to your Ghost CD or diskettes, you can then specify how you want to ghost your machines via the normal wizards that pop up.

Hope this helps.
