Hi All,

I need to modify several dozen outlook mail profiles.  i only need to change one option - check the box 'Leave copy of message on server'

how can i do this?  is it a registry entry or in an ini file?
i'd prefer not to have to sit down at each machine and do this.

any suggestions?

Hmm - looks like if you can identify the profile, you may be able to do it simply by adding to the registry.

Look in
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\Current Version\Windows Messaging Subsystem\Profiles\Outlook\<ProfileString>
Data: Leave On Server
Value: 655361

at least during my test it was...

Check that key and see what options are available for you under Outlook...

Glad to hear it.
Out of curiosity - how are you going to grab the profile info?  Or is it the same for each user?
Seemed a bit cryptic to me, but I couldn't find a way to relate it to anything significant (as with a SID)...
