We have a client who has sbs 2000 server with exchange 2000. They would like to put in a new server with sbs 2003 which also comes with exchange 2003. there are 8 workstations 6 of them run on xp pro and two of them runs on win2kpro.  What is the best approach.? I would like not to alter anything on the workstations and keep the same domain. Also, the company’s public website is also on the same server and exchange web access is also running on the same  server?

If you want to keep everything in the same Active Directory Domain you have only one option... www.sbsmigration.com

jeff, that link looks realy good. I spent some time on the site.  So,  the alternative would be to recreate everything from scratch with a new domain name?

No, the alternative would be to use the method described in http://sbsurl.com/migrate which requires a new domain name.  It's not everything from scratch although that would be an option as well... but you wouldn't have to use a new domain name doing that... but you would have to fully remove the workstations from the old server and join them to the new one.
