Anchors to autoscroll within textfield

Ok I have a textfield and it is set to Render Text as HTML.  I'm reading flash html from txt file and bringing into flash.  However, in my menubar at top I want to use anchors to "auto scroll" to different parts within textfield.  Is that doable?

use scroll bar component and in parameters set ur textfields name  or use
 ScrollBar.setScrollTarget(textField's name);
