Are fax server used to allow us to print are incoming faxes manually, now it automatically prints out each recieved fax. I've gone through all the settings and cannot seem to find how to put t back to manual.

Please open your Server Management Console > Fax (Local) > Devices and Providers > Devices > <DeviceName> > Incoming Methods.

Listed there you should see:

Print
Store in a folder
Route through e-mail
Store in a document library

Does "Print" have Yes listed under Enabled?

Are there any other methods which are enabled?

Well, then... that's why it's printing!

Right click Print and select Disabled.
