How to upgrade ISA 2000 to ISA 2004?

Dear all experts,

Currently, My company use ISA 2000 for Web Proxy, I want to upgrade ISA 2000 to ISA 2004 and keep all settings from ISA 2000. That mean after upgrading, all setting same last time, I don't need change anything with ISA 2004. Is it possible? Pls help me

Sorry that it is a 'cheap' way of getting 500 points from you but it cannot be done. ISA2004 uses a completely different process of implementing its rules to ISA2000.
