Problem after installing ISA 2004

Dear all Experts,
After installing ISA 2004 on Files Server, all computers in my network can't access to Files Server, can't ping too. How can I repair that?

You have installed ISA on the same server that is running your file & print services? Please tell me that I am mistaken....
