We have had some users forward a calendar message that they should not have done. The problem is that the meting originator got a response back as outlook will forward the message from the originator and not the person forwarding the message.

Dose any one know a way to stop users from forwarding calendar appointments?

Ahhh, I understand

Users are manually forwarding messages on.

I don't think you are ever going to be able to stop this from the server, I can't even think of a 3rd party tool for this

There is this, telling you not to do it;

http://office.microsoft.com/en-au/help/HA011276781033.aspx

Basically, this is going to come down to a user education experience - the fact that the above guide doesn't give you a way to disable this should be enough.

If you block meeting requests from being forwarded, it will adversely affect mail.
