I am trying to create a distribution list that automatically replys to whom ever emails it with a message such as

Thank-you for contacting us, we will get back to you shortly.

I created the distribution list, then created a public folder.  Then went to advanced options on public folder and tried to set a rule template but it kept stating that it will not save.

HELP!!!

How big is the message?
What permissions do you have on the folder?

Simon.
