Hello,

I was given source files (.fm and .book) and I need to generate a .pdf file.  What tool should I use?  I have never done this before.

Thanks in advance!

Can you try using a tool such as cutePDF:

http://www.cutepdf.com/

The software will install as a printer on your system.
You should then be able to print your .fm and .book files to the PDF printer.

This will prompt you for a location to create the .pdf files.

Hope this helps!
