I was given source files (.fm and .book) and I need to generate a .pdf file.  What tool should I use?  I have never done this before.

Thanks in advance!

You need FrameMaker to convert these files. FrameMaker comes with Distiller, so you can convert to PDF right from within FrameMaker.
