Sharing one external fax modem among users

Does anyone know a shareware out there that will allow multiple users to share on ene external fax modem?

Windows did come with a modem sharing client.

Here is the link that describes it for SBS, but I am sure it came with normal Windows 2000/2003.

I did assume you have a Windows sever.  If you don't you could try

No I don't.  I take it you are not running Windows Server.

If your are using Windows XP, you could allow them to use remote desktop.
