uninstall msGina.dll will not work when user accounts message appears
I go into the user accounts section of the control panel to switch the way users logon and off. However, I get this message every time when I click on "change the way users log on or off" that reads
"A recently installed program has disavled the windows screen and fast user switching. To restore these features, you must uninstall the program. The following file name might help you identify the program that made the change:msGina.dll
I deleted all the msgina.dll files, but the one that won't delete is the one located in sys32 folder? What is wrong here?
