Sonic Activation Module Software Request on startup --

WIndows XP

I did some sort of cleanup on my system and messed with startup files per a previous solution. Now when I start up my system I get a popup "Sonic Activation Module" The feature you are trying to use is on a CD-Rom or other removable disc that is not available.

I have tried to locate the software on my system to remove it by doing a search and I also tried to remove it from the Add/Remove Programs but it still appears -

The only way that I can get rid of the box is by doing Ctrl atl del and canceling it from there.

In your position, I would probably go ahead and peform a System Restore to get me back to the point before the trouble started...
