Check the fan on the Power supply, is it spinning up on startup. More info on the motherboard would be helpful. Usually the BIOS would have control over these settings and alarms but sometimes software for the motherboard will give these error messages. Is this error message during post or when windows is up.
If its during post, go into the bios and check for settings pertaining to the fans and the alarms for them. The power spply fan doesn't usually connect to the motherboard and this just may be a case of having no connector from the power supply for the motherboard. If so and the Power supply fan is spinning, then disable the power supply fan alarm in the bios.
