This issue seems to be more related to memory.  Kindly check the buffer capacity of your printer, check your system memory capacity, goto printer properties --> advanced tab, and check whether "Start printing after last page is spooled" option is selected, if so disable it and select "Start printing immediately".  If this does not work try choosing "Print directly to the printer".   Check product manual specifications buffer memory in the printer.
