UPHCLEAN - Still a problem

I asked this question once before and accepted the answer, however it is STILL a problem.  When these errors occur my server is slowed down to a crawl if not absolutely stopped.  I was told to check for updated drivers.  That did not solve the problem.  Here is my message from before...

I need to know what is causing this event in app event viewer and how to correct the problem.  The following occurred yesterday - earliest (first) entry was at 3:38:41... entry every second until 3:41:23.  The day before it occurred on another user.... same info in each entry.

Can you point me to the old question or explain a little more?  I'm assuming you downloaded and want to use UPHCLEAN?

The old question is quoted verbatim in the new question.  My business partner downloaded and had me start using UPHCLEAN.  I'm not sure that I want to use it if it is going to continue to cause me problems.  I have a new instance of the error that I can post here:

But that's not an error...it is working as expected.  UPHCLEAN is designed to log an information event when it cleans up a user hive when they logoff of a remote desktop connection or similar.

Right - but for some reason when it does this --- users cannot log onto windows and those that are logged on are bogged down
