jar not loaded.

Hi,
anytime i start tomcat (v 1.5) i am getting this message:
jar not loaded. See Servlet Spec 2.3, section 9.7.2. Offending class: javax/servlet/Servlet.class

Why is that, what should i do?

Try to remove servlet.jar from your web-inf/lib and you should have it in jakarta-tomcat-xxx\common\lib already
