A few of my OWA users have had mail dissapear right in front of them when they are using OWA.  I opened the mailbox in outlook and all the mail was there, but if i open the mailbox in OWA hardly any of it is there.  I has seen this happen remotely using webex, so i know that they are not getting confused.  Can someone explain to what is happening and how i can fix it?

Wow, what a simple solution.  You know what they say, the best hiding places are right out in the open.

Thanks again.
