Outlook is synchronising folders

I recently had my exchange account set up to be stored on personal folder.  I changed this so that it is stored in my mailbox on the server.  Not I am unable to receive mail and outlook is saying that it is synchronising folders.

How do i resolve this?

If it is "synchronising folders" then you have enabled Offline" storage.

Is this a laptop? Are you trying to have your email with you when away from the network?

In your Exchange settings is the checkbox checked for "Enable Offline Use"?
