Reservation Database is not working properly.

I have problem with the Reservation database in lotus notes. I have a user created a meeting and its shows in calander but when I look at the reservation database it doesn't shows. Its shows for everyone else meetings.

Make sure that there are no ACL issues for that user and that the meeting info is correct.

have you tried to create a second meeing and reservation for this person to check

TOL.. wonder if you have to do the same maintenance on the R6, R7 Reservations that you had to do with the R5 version.  Is the database being replicated?  Is the reservation perhaps stuck in approvals?  That is someone needs to approve the room use?

Wht version of the server are you running?  

If you running R7 on the server the whole scheduling schema has changed and the server now users the RnRMgr (reservations and rescourse manager) to schedle etc.   If the design of your databases is not alligned to R7 then you will hit problems upgrade the design of the reservation database to R7

I am running Lotus Domino 6.5 and Lotus Client 6.5

I have couple people having R5 mail file. I converted to 6.5 using the command

load convert mail\user.nsf * mail6.ntf

still the mail file didn't convert. I loaded Lotus Admin and its shows the user has verion R5(41.0) Any reason?

Go to the database properties and verify that the mail template design is inherited from the correct template.   Then compact the database, that should finish the conversion.

Also, you have to stop the router when you do the load convert tool, otherwise you can:

1. replace the design manually, or
2. Enter the new template name in the database properties and let designer upgrade the mail file during the nightly tasks.  You should see the upgrades in log.nsf around midnight.

If these are the same people that are having problems with reservations, then that could be the cause of the missing entries.
