Hello Experts,

I'm an IT consultant and we have been upgrade clients to Outlook 2003. On several workstation at several client sites, the user's signature has a small box above it. Some of them a clear i.e. you can see the email background. Others are grey. Any ideas?

Thanks,

Geoff

Maybe a missing image? When you edit the signature or stationary is it checked to include a background image but no image appears?

I have recreated the signature with just text TEST with the same results. There shouldn't be any images attached.

Do you have way to take a screenshot and post on the web so we can see exactly what you are seeing?

Resolved: The problem was related to a non standard font size in the signature. i.e. the user specified Tahoma 11 pt but if you pick from the font size drop down Tahoma only has 10 or 12 and not 11. Once the signature was changed to 10 or 12, the box disappeared.
