please help with error message "business contact manager for outlook could not complete your last actions. Please try again.

please help if you know how to fix this "business contact manager for outlook could not complete your last actions. Please try again." error message but with no resolution...  The error does not point to anything specific.

Office 2003 is fully patched with all the BCM updates.
After patching Office 2003 the error still appeared.
The BCM database is on a single WXP desktop and not shared with other users.

Hello

Are you able to isolate this problem?  Meaning what are you doing when this error appears or is it sporadic?  You mentioned you have all available updates through Office but just make sure you have SP1 for BCM and not just Office.  If you do then try uninstalling SP1 and reinstalling the patch.

sorry for the delay... busy... it was already patched.  When I tried to reload it would not over write.  So I extracted the BCM (exe) to another folder with Winzip  and ran just the .msi... but the install could never complete due to a missing smlbiz.msi file not found.  Not on the BCM CD or on the drive at all.  Searched hidden etc.
