We have multiple executives that have contacts that they want to access via their cell phones.  They do not want the contacts to be seen by others. We use all server 2003, exchange 2003.  I know how to share their contacts via Outllook that is not the problem.  The issue is they can't see shared contacts on their cell phones.

You can only see contacts in your own contact folders.

There is no work around for over the air sync. You might find a third party tool, but that would require the device to be connected to a workstation.

How about creating contacts in a public folder?

How are you going to get that on to the device?
There is no over the air sync for public folders. Third party tools do exist, but they require a connection to the desktop, not over the air.

Looks like you can add the contacts to the public folder and they do show up on the cell phone.  They probably don't update though.

I used Goodlink to do it.  So you were right you need a 3rd party software.
