The System Event Viewer shows (Previous shutdown at 4:01 was unexpected). &nbsp;Other than that the enteries preceeding and post are all normal. &nbsp;I am wonderning if it has to do with EMC software? &nbsp;Thank you for the article we are looking at that now. &nbsp;

I could not find any information on the following file Rrctrl.dll &nbsp;was that spelled propertly? if its part of EMC software you should contact the vendor and make sure that this is not a programing error or perhaps they might even be aware or this issue as well...
