pbx paid billing software

hello every one

this should be easy question to answer for experts

me and my friend try to install asterisk and astbill and spend hours to configure but we couldn't do it
my friend as voip knowledge
and i have linux knowledge

we both tried and at end we gave up.

at that time we did lot of google search who provide billing system and they were asking for 500 permonth

know we decide to go with it as the option were good.
with that billing software we could make sub dealer and lots of stuff and plus full technical support

all we have to do is to make clients, services like dids sips international phone cards and so on

now her is the problem . we forgot the site name.
i search hours to  on google and what not but no result

all i remember is its name . i asuume its as something like
cyber or
sybase or
syrus or start with c or s

in pronounciation.
as it is good service provider some one in from experts exchange know about it or they might be using it

i really need that site . pleaaaase help us
we bought the 7000 worth  server every thing is ready  to go
once if we know the site or the company details

please help . asap i really really really going to appreicate

i will increase the points to  maximum
