Coolbar or CRebar with CMenu

Hi.  

I am trying to add a CMenu to a CRebar or CRebarCtrl.  Do you know how, i am sure i did it a long time ago but i have forgotten!

Look here at CMenuBar :A toolbar that looks and acts exactly like a menu bar. It can be placed in a rebar control just like in Internet Explorer. It also draws icons next to menu items : http://www.codeguru.com/cpp/controls/toolbar/article.php/c5487/

Thanks for that,  Whilst I have you here in looking for this solution i came across the Windows Template Library or WTL.  I have never really heard of this before but it sounds good.  I am using VC++ unmanaged code in VS2003.net will I be able to use this library and if so how?

Sorry i should also mention that the exectuables and active X controls i am responsible for use MFC

Sorry RE the original post I have just read that that code only works for SDI applications.  I have an MDI application.  Any other ideas.
