How to enable frame support in IE7

I have a customer that uses an application that require frame support.  The page does not render correct and shows placeholders for all the images.  When I do a view source, I see the message that my browser doesn't support frames.  I don't have the option of changing the application so I need to find out how to enable frame support to get the icons to draw on the screen.

IE7 supports frames as do all modern browsers.
It's just a guess: the problem might be with a browser-detection script.
Can you post the source code of the startup page?
Maybe the application is trying to detect the browser version using a script and the script needs to be updated to detect IE7 correctly as well.

Usually you use the <noframes> tag to detect lack of support for frames. Please check whether your site uses this tag or a script.
